FAQ
Do I need an FMP subscription?
Yes. SVSS pulls market and fundamentals via Financial Modeling Prep (FMP). SVSS does not include the FMP subscription cost.
Does SVSS provide buy/sell recommendations?
No. SVSS labels tickers as Research Candidate or Review based on your rules and the data. It is a screening and prioritization tool.
What happens if I cancel?
When your membership ends, access to SVSS subscription features is disabled until you renew.
Can I use SVSS offline?
You can view previous exports offline, but new screens require internet access to pull data.
Where do I enter my FMP API key?
Inside the SVSS app settings/config screen. If you don’t have an FMP key yet, you’ll be prompted to add it before running screens.
Disclosure: SVSS organizes research and applies user-defined rules. It does not provide financial advice or recommendations.
