Welcome to TradeWithLogic.com (“we,” “our,” “us”). By purchasing or using our products, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Product Description

TradeWithLogic.com provides Excel-based financial analysis tools (the “Software”), including but not limited to the SRL and SmartValue Pro spreadsheets. The Software is sold as a one-time purchase and requires Microsoft Excel for Windows.

You are responsible for ensuring that your version of Microsoft Excel is compatible with our Software before purchasing.

2. Third-Party Data Providers

Our Software relies on live and historical market data provided by Financial Modeling Prep (https://site.financialmodelingprep.com/) (“FMP”).

  • We do not own, control, or guarantee the availability, accuracy, or continued access to data from FMP.
  • FMP may change its API, pricing, structure, endpoints, or terms of service at any time. Such changes may impact the functionality of our Software, including partial or complete loss of features.
  • We cannot be held responsible or liable for disruptions, limitations, or failures caused by third-party providers.

By using our Software, you acknowledge this dependency and accept that TradeWithLogic.com makes no guarantees about the continued operation of the Software should FMP make changes.

3. Updates and Support

  • Your purchase grants you one year (12 months) of support and updates from the date of purchase.
  • After one year, you may continue to use your existing version of the Software indefinitely, but access to new versions, updates, and support is not guaranteed unless you purchase an extended support plan (if available).
  • Data Migration: If a new version of the Software is released, there is no automatic way to transfer data from your previous version. You will be required to manually re-enter your data into the updated spreadsheet.

4. License

  • You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for personal or business purposes.
  • You may not resell, redistribute, or share the Software without prior written consent from TradeWithLogic.com.
  • The Software is licensed per user and is not intended for multi-user or enterprise redistribution without a separate agreement.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Accuracy, timeliness, or reliability of data
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation

We do not provide investment, tax, or financial advice. All investment decisions you make using our Software are solely your responsibility.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TradeWithLogic.com and its affiliates shall not be liable for any:

  • Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Financial losses, missed opportunities, or trading outcomes
  • Issues arising from third-party providers, including but not limited to FMP

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Software is to stop using it.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the Software, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once the product has been delivered.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
